- We will offer your executives in Delhi fully air-conditioned and hygienically maintained desks and chairs.
- Different desktops or laptops for each executive will be provided by us. i3 processor, 4 GM RAM, 500GB Hard Disk, 20-inches TFT with keyboard mouse and internal speakers will be the configuration of our system.
- Necessary Hardware and Phone devices will be provided from our side. Complete IT setup shall be given by us in India only. No payment or liability will be covered for any of this in your country.
- There are going to be 24 hours CCTV surveillance, of which we can render a copy when a client complains of a sales drop or any problem.
- Stationery Materials will be provided to all staff members, as per the office requirement, like notepad, pen, stapler, punch machine, tape, and all others required by the staff.
- We shall provide the entire power backup. So, in case there is a power cut, they will be able to manage the working system during that downtime (if any).
- With us, high-speed dedicated internet will be provided with zero downtime for hassle-free service. Alternatively, if we have any downtime in internet service, your executives will be provided with normal internet service.
- The office boy will, however, be present to dust off the system and seats for the staff. Also, he will assist them if they require an item from the outside market.
- There will be provision for cooler RO water to cool pure water.
- 2 Time Tea/Coffee facility will be provided once and snacks will be provided at once in a week.
- In case they need to print and scan any documents for office use only, printer and scanner facilities will be provided.
- We have a biometric machine to monitor the entry and exit timings of each employee. This will be provided to you weekly or monthly as per your requirements. Office timing will start at 8:30 hours which shall include a 30-minute lunch break. Any time exceeding the working time of 8:30 hours will be treated as overtime and charged to you as per government norms.
- You can be provided system time and working monitoring software as to whether there is a legitimate requirement for it.
- There will be first aid and health facilities for emergencies.
- Paid vacations are there for all employees regarding any health problems, special occasions, and festivals.
- You will be provided a salary from the employee facility we call and finalize it with you after the interview and in the last round to finalize. If any employee resigns in between, we will deploy other staff members during his/her notice period.
- I shall provide you with the daily report of each staff member. If you feel that there is any output issue, we shall work as their direct superiors in assuring that they perform to their highest ability while helping develop them personally. We will also keep an eye on their reports and actual work.
- All legal and medical formalities with employees are therefore our liability. You are not liable for any legal, medical, or labor law with the employee.
- There is no minimum required employee or working time that you need to adhere to. You may employ one or as many employees as you like, working between one to eight hours.
- If an employee is not performing up to the standards, you can terminate him, and we will provide you with an alternative after your approval.
- We will take care of the offer/appointment letters for the selected candidates after thorough verification of the documents and credentials of the candidates, statutory compliance, conciliation issues, and wage-salary management.
- Payments to workmen and staff will be made on time as per the Payment of Wages Act.
- We will handle employee grievances (if any), per the grievance mechanism procedure. You will not be liable in any circumstance.
- Multi-Cultural Staff (Mixed Manpower) will be employed for good work.
- There will be regular and fair appraisals.
- Healthy relations between the employer and employees will be maintained.
- All operations will be in the English language or the other language of your preference. Our staff will communicate with you or your client in English in a specified language and no other language will be accepted.


Your Liabilities and Responsibilities:
- The telephone setting and payment of your monthly bill will be done from your end since the expenses incurred will only be applicable to our office.
- Specific needs must be communicated and specialization required of staff.
- Monthly bills must be paid on time according to the joint signing of both parties.
- Have a good and fast working telephone and internet connection at your location.
- Give some time for the generation of the report. Instant things will not be possible unless an emergency occurs.
- Understand, agree upon and allow paid medical leave (number will be given according to labor court) and gazette holidays (calendar will be shared for that) for employees.
- Have good and calm behavior with employees. If there are any performance issues with employees, we will deal with it mutually.
- Employee Salary and increments come purely under the jurisdiction of our HRD department.
- Incentives to employees will be charged to you apart from our service charges. You would, however, have the right to terminate any employee for unsatisfactory performance however we will conduct his/her management during the notice period.
- After the interview, the new employee will be finalized from your end, following which our own telephone interview will take place after finalization and verification from our end.
- In case of termination, the office property will remain with Web Glaze Services IT Services except for the advance notice of one month.
- You will have to elaborate on your background, and work profiles, including the opportunity assessment and industry business growth. Your assignments and reports will have to be written with the best presentation technique in reporting and carrying out the assignments. Illegal calling or work will not be performed from there.
- You can communicate with employees on desktop software or on common phone software that we will keep at our office, but there will be no conversation regarding the HRD department. You may ask for incentives and work reports.
- You can create target and achievement graphs with us and the employees so that they can work towards them, and we will also motivate and promote them.
- A monitoring person from our end will work as an upper boss to the employees, encouraging their performance. You can coordinate with him should anything arise, etc. with the staff directly only regarding work performance. The medium of communication will be English or specified only.
- Only work for Govt. Legal and outsourcing is done at Web Glaze Services. We are here to offer solutions for legal and authorized government work only so that the work will be clear to us.



Payment Mode and Timings
- These are our payment terms with respect to recruiting and processing remote manpower.
- We will charge 800 USD for every tele-sales employee per month. We would henceforth charge 1000 USD for professional engineers per employee per month. This is going to stay fixed for a year and if UAD to INR keeps varying between 68 and 72. This cost would be revised after a year when we review the contract.
- The agreement shall be valid for one year from the date of finalization by both parties and from the date of starting work together.
- This agreement can be terminated at any time by either party if either party feels that it is not satisfactory, but the termination will require a notice period of 1 month.
- In case all our dues and services are cleared and a No Objection Certificate (NOC) is provided to both parties, the agreement shall be deemed to be legally terminated.
- On the 25th of each month, you are obliged to deliver the amount for the salary of employees by the 1st working day of the next month.
- Upon agreeing to the terms of this contract, you will pay a security deposit equal to the total employee salary in USD, refundable or adjustable against the last month, and this information will be mutually discussed.
- After signing the agreement, the actual work shall commence in 20-22 days; during this window, we will conduct interviews and finalize the employee offers. This timeline could be delayed based on install delays on your end. Further amendments to this contract may be made based on mutual need.
