Facilities we provide:
We will provide fully air conditioned hygienic each different desk with chair to of your executive in Delhi.
Different desktop or laptop for each executive will be provided by us. The configuration of system will be i3 processor, 4 GB RAM, 500 GB Hard disk, 20 Inch TFT with keyword mouse and internal speakers.
Necessary Hardware and Phone device will be provided from our side. Full IT set up will provided by us in India only. We will not pay or liable for any setup for it in your country.
24/7 CCTV Surveillance will be there and can be provided to you on request if you fell any sales drop or any issue.
Stationary Material as per every office requirement will be provided to each staff member like notepad, pen, stapler, punch machine, tape, and all other required by staff.
All electric expenses will be from our side. You are not liable for any electric or power backup charges. That will be from our side.
Complete Power Backup will be provided by us. So that if any power cut then that will able to manage working system at that down time ( If any).
High speed dedicated internet with zero downtime will be provided by us for hassle free service. We will provide your executives alternative normal internet if there we face any downtime in internet.
Office boy will be there for the staff for dusting the system and seats. Also help if they require and item from outside market.
Water cooler with RO water will be there to provide cool and pure water.
2 Time Tea/ Coffee facility will be provided and perk/snacks will be provided at once in a week.
Printer and Scanner facility will be there if they have to print and scan any documents for office purpose only.
Biometric machine to monitor the entry and exit timing of each employee. This will be shared with you every week or month as per your requirement. The office timing will be of 8:30 hours which will have 30 mints lunch break. More than 8:30 hours working are considered as over time and extra chargeable to you as per government law.
System time and working monitoring software can be installed in system and access provided to you if required.
First Aid and Health Facility will be there in case of any emergency.
Generous paid vacations for employee for any health issue or special occasion and festivals.
Salary will be provided to each employee from our side the salary range will be 20-25K INR for tele-sales executive and 30-35K for professional engineers.
We will provide you employee facility, which we call and finalize after interview and final round with you for finalization. If any staff member leaves in between then we will provide you other staff member within his/her notice period.
Daily base report of each staff member will be shared with you and if you feel any output issue we will work as direct boss and motivate them to perform well and personally monitor their report and working.
All legal and medical formalities with employee are our liability. You are not liable for any legal, medical or labour law with employee.
No minimum employee or working time you have to follow. You can hire 1 or as many employees with working time of 1 to 8 hours.
If any employee is not performing well then you can terminate and we will provide alternative employee after your approval.
Offer/Appointment letters to the selected candidates after proper verification of documents and credentials of the candidate and statutory compliance, conciliation issues & wage salary management will be provided by us.
Payment will be done to the workmen and staff in the specified time as per the Payment of Wages Act.
We will handle the employee Grievance (if any) as per the grievance mechanism procedure. You will not be liable for that in any scenario.
We will hire Multi-Cultural Staffs (Mixed Manpower) for good working.
We will follow regular & fair appraisal system.
We will maintain a healthy relationship between the employee and employer.
All the operation will be held in English language or other that you prefer. Our staff will be able to communicate with you and client in English of specified language only. No other language can be used.

Your Liabilities and Responsibilities:
Telephone setting and monthly bill payment at your side will be from your side. We are not liable for it. We will handle the expenses of our office only.
Clear specifications of needs and specialization required in staff.
On time payment of monthly bills as per mutual finalization.
Using good and high speed telephone and internet connections at your side for good and fast working.
Give some times to generate report. No instant things will be possible if it’s not emergency.
Understand, agree and grant the paid medical leave (will share the number of that as per labour court) and gazetted holidays (will share calendar for that) for employees.
Make and maintain good and calm behaviour with employee. If face any issue with work performance of employee we will handle that mutually.
Employee salary, increment is completely under the authority of our HRD department.
If you want to pay incentives to employees then you have to pay that extra to us with our service charges.
You have authority to terminate the employee if not working well but we will manage new employee in his/her notice period.
The new employee will be finalized from your side after the interview. We will conduct telephonic interview with you after complete finalization and verification from our side.
In case of termination the office entities will not belongs to you. It is and will be the property of Web Glaze Services IT Services and you have to inform 1 month before termination.
Your work profile and culture will be completely clear for us and the work or calling will be done from there is for legal work. No Illegal calling or work will be performed from there.
You can communicate with employee by desktop software or by common phone software that we will keep at our office. But no discussion about HRD department will be there. You can ask for incentives and work report.
You can define targets and achievement graphs with us and employees also so they can work to reach that and we will also motivate and promote them.
Our one monitoring person will be there who will act as a direct boss to employees so they can perform well. You can coordinate him if you face any issue or you can coordinate direct to staff for work performance only. The language of communication will be English or specified one only.
Only Govt. Legal work and outsourcing is done at Web Glaze Services IT Services. We can provide the service for legal and authorized work by govt. so the work scenario will be clear to us.
