“Web-Glaze Services“ is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased a packages from Web-Glaze Services and are unhappy with the service received, you may be eligible to hold your packages but the charge will be not refundable.

Due to the time and effort our employees have put into their job, which cannot be returned, refunds will not be given to users once they have been earned by the company. In other words, all processing fees, payment gateway fees, administrative fees, and the cost of resources used for the work will be deducted. In addition, we are unable to refund any fees or taxes paid to governmental entities or to other third parties involved in the processing of your order. We will only hold on your subscription.

- If service is discontinued because of a violation of any of the conditions outlined in our Terms & Conditions section, no reimbursement will be considered.
- The services purchased for same-day delivery do not have a refund policy.
- If a delay or service interruption occurs as a result of outside interference, Web-Glaze Services is not responsible for paying a refund.
